Eyedot Europe Limited have been supporting critical equipment for customers in over 30 countries since 1989. Almost all of our clients are blue chip companies or government organisations, who have come to depend on our unique blend of technical skill, and understanding of the customer service levels required to keep mission critical equipment fully functional at all times.
Our origins are set in supporting real time computer systems both directly on site at customer premises and in the provision of repairs and spares to end users and other maintenance organisations. Since then, our knowledge and skills base has enabled us to focus on three distinct areas:
- Support for synthetic training devices including full mission military and commercial flight simulators, armoured vehicle, power station and locomotive simulators.
- Wide ranging repair service for many types of electronic devices including printed circuit boards, power supplies, displays, CCTV cameras and peripheral devices from markets as diverse as aerospace, agriculture, mass transport and robotics. We can provide repair services for both one off requirements for end users where some degree of reverse engineering is required through to volume repair and warranty support for original manufacturers.
- Development and production of multiscreen display systems for the mass transportation market and other applications. Our systems are designed especially to take into account the need to build in high reliability for devices used in hostile environments, but also to offer ease of maintenance and remote monitoring of performance and operating condition.
